How2Workは香港をベースとするTOYメーカーで、多くの映画、アニメキャラクターフィギュアの製作から、
奈良美智、井上三太といった日本のアーティストとのコラボレーションも数多く手がけており、
近年ではRockin’Jelly Bean本人の精巧な1/6アクションフィギュア製作プロジェクトも手がける。
妥協のないそのフィギュアづくりの姿勢は、かのHOT TOYSからの信頼も厚く、
HOT TOYSとのコラボレーションプロジェクトも数多く行っている。
How2work was founded in 2001 with the passion and expertise in creation of high quality figures and collectibles. They act as the design catalyst and specialize in transforming images to 3D products. Recently, They also took part in the exhibition curation, which includes the design, production and installation of large size fiberglass figures.
そのHow2workの１５周年を記念してRockin’Jelly Beanが描き下ろしたこの作品は、
香港の町並みをバックに、彼らのオリジナルキャラクターであるLABUBUと美少女が対峙。
中央には、世界的に評価されている現代アーティスト奈良美智さんのMORI GIRLが描かれています。
Rockin’Jelly Bean has done this artwork for their 15th anniversary.
LABUBU (created by Kasing Lung) gainst Japanese girl and you can see Mori Girl which was created by Yoshitomo Nara. Also, you can find Prodip Leung and Yeung Hok Tak character in the artwork.
